The Midtown Group, Inc. (“Midtown”) is strongly committed to respecting the privacy of those who use our internet site. We strive to provide a safe and secure user experience. This Privacy Statement defines the commitment of The Midtown Group, Inc. to protect the privacy of personal information that is collected or used in the course of conducting our business. By submitting identifying data, a visitor to our website is agreeing to our collection and use of such data as described in this privacy statement.

When you submit personal information and/or your resume, your information and your resume are hosted on our internal servers. If you apply for a job or elect to register with Midtown at this website, Midtown will be able to view your information and your resume, but no one else will be able to view them. Midtown requests this information and maintains the information on their server which will be accessed by Midtown only and no other third parties. Midtown believes that managing your career is a life-long process, and even after your information has been entered into the Midtown resume database, Midtown retains indefinitely all the information gathered about you in an effort to make your repeat use with Midtown more efficient, practical and relevant.
2. Information Use
Midtown’s use of the information we gather on our website whether personal, demographic, collective or technical is for the purpose of fostering a positive user experience, delivering the services that we offer and, ultimately, to create sales opportunities. We may use your contact information that you provide in the online registration forms to contact you via telephone, e-mail, direct mail or other communications regarding profile fits, updates at the Midtown site, such as new opportunities and services which may be of interest to you, or for telemarketing purposes. Should you decide that you would no longer like to be contacted by Midtown, please notify Midtown and our best efforts will be used to remove you from our contact list. Midtown uses your information internally, with other Midtown-owned subsidiaries and affiliates, but does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as set forth in the following four subparagraphs.
